Aguri Runner R1A - roof racks for Seat Altea, 2006-15 / XL - Flush rails

Aguri Runner satisfies even demanding users. There are many manufacturers offering similar almost-universal roof racks on the market. However, Aguri Runner features an aerodynamic shape that ensures low noise, a sleek design, and universal compatibility with common accessories mounted on roof racks or inserted into the standard T-slot.

The racks are manufactured in 2 widths:

• R2 - 135 cm

The outer foot of the rack is always the same. Depending on the vehicle, you choose the appropriate inner foot variant. The racks are made with 4 different foot types, which differ according to the design and thickness of the roof rails.

Profile:

The racks are made of a modern aluminum profile ensuring low weight and maximum material strength.

The profile height of 23 mm and width of 65 mm guarantee a low profile with a nice shape, while still allowing the use of most racks with “U” mounting around the bar.

This is an almost universal rack in an aerodynamic design with a standard T-slot. Thanks to this, these racks are compatible with almost all accessories for modern roof racks, whether attached around the bar or mounted into the T-slot.

"T-slot" of standard dimensions, compatible with standard racks and T-slot accessories. It is supplied with a surface rubber insert. When loading a roof box, only the rubber insert is in contact. When installing accessories into the T-slot, the insert must be removed and cut into the required pieces.

With Aguri Runner racks, you can mount a ski rack, bicycle racks, a roof box, a roof tent, and many other standard roof rack accessories.

The T-slot is finished with a three-piece sliding end cap that closes and seals the entire profile of the roof rack. This prevents airflow and turbulence that would cause noise. The three-piece design also allows the middle section to slide out, revealing the side of the T-slot for mounting accessories. There is no need to remove the entire foot from the rack.

Easy installation.

Installing the Aguri Runner roof rack is surprisingly simple. Just unlock the locks on both ends, remove the cover, and expose the T-slot. This reveals the heads of all screws used to adjust and fasten the rack to the vehicle. Before installation, it is recommended to loosen all screws to simplify adjustment. After placing the rack on the rails, the base is in position. Simply adjust the rack so it is evenly aligned on the vehicle and the bars are properly spaced. Then tighten the screws with the Allen key and the racks are securely attached. Finally, insert the rubber into the T-slot and lock the covers.

Package:

The package contains 2 complete bars including covers and locks. Also included are 2 top rubber inserts for the T-slot, 2 small rubber strips for covering the lower adjustment slot, an Allen key, and 2 keys for the locks.

Locking:

Locking of the racks is guaranteed. The screw tightening the clamp to the vehicle is covered by a sliding lock, so without unlocking and removing the cover, the racks cannot be removed from the vehicle.

Mounting and load capacity:

The mounting parts have specially shaped rubber pads, so only rubber comes into contact with the vehicle. This prevents any scratching of the vehicle.

The maximum dynamic load capacity is up to 70 kg. Statistically, the racks can handle even more weight, for example when using a roof tent. Dynamically, they are intended for transport only with the tent mounted, but they can easily handle people inside the tent when the vehicle is stationary.

Color options:

These racks are always made of the same material – aluminum – but you can choose between a grey central bar (aluminum painted grey) or powder-coated black. The feet are always black; the choice is yours whether you prefer an all-black look or a contrasting design with black feet and a silver bar.
